The participation is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”).
Offer Validity Period (for participation): 25th September 2024 – 31st December 2024.
The voucher offer is applicable only after the submission of all the documents, completion of all the formalities, and complete disbursal of the loan in the HDBFS system.
In case of inadequate or incorrect information the consumer shall stand disqualified for the offer.
This campaign is not valid in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry.
Each unique campaign code can be redeemed only once and cannot be carried forward.
Customer will be eligible to redeem the digital booklet offer only after submitting all the required details at the offer website: https://theofferclub.com/hdbfs .
The usage of this offer is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the participant. Such conditions need to be followed by the participant.
Participant is required to contact merchant directly in case of issues after redemption of the offer. HDB Financial Services Ltd./4MM is not responsible for any merchant-related service issues.
The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors of HDBFS, and immediate families of the employees of HDBFS, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.
The offer is non-transferable, and no two offers can be clubbed together.
Merchant, 4MM and HDB Financial Services Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for redemption of the voucher code.
If the consumer has registered himself to the DND or Do not Call registry of the telecom provider then by participating in this Offer, he/she hereby consents to 4MM / HDBFS, to contact him as per the terms of this Offer. However, such consumers may not receive any calls or messages. In this case, 4MM or HDBFS shall not be liable or responsible for in any manner whatsoever
In the event the Winner declines or fails to claim the prizes for whatsoever reason, HDBFS may at its sole discretion choose an alternate winner from the participants. The decision of HDBFS and 4MM shall be final and binding and no further queries/correspondence will be entertained in this regard by HDBFS.
Any costs associated with entering the Offer, including accessing the promotional website, shall be borne by the Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the Participant’s telecom operator in their respective circle..
Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage 4MM’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, 4MM reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If 4MM suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify 4MM for those losses, damages, and costs.
4MM will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed vouchers beyond the applicable period of the campaign.
The customers who win the Two-wheeler, post validation will be contacted by 4MM team and he/she needs to share KYC Documentation - Aadhar card, Pan Card for further process, and delivery process of the two wheeler will be explained over the call.
The Customers who win a LED TV, post validation will be contacted by 4MM team, and he/she needs to share Pan Card for TDS Purpose as per government guidelines.
4MM accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Voucher codes, and is not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this campaign.
All information provided by the Participant in relation to this campaign will be used by HDB Financial Services Ltd. and its authorized service providers to administer the campaign.
In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the campaign by any person and if the same is identified, 4 MM and HDB Financial Services Ltd. shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the campaign and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God (including pandemic) or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company or 4MM. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the Company or 4MM. 4MM shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
These terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
